Every year, we check the potential of the grapes and we select the best ones to produce wines with great complexity. After ageing them in oak barrels, we bottle them in limited editions, to be part of our Reserve Collection. Tannat, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the varieties that we grow with that objective.
