is a family company. As such, it is organized and directed by all its participants,
who have responsibilities in different areas and coordinate as a team in order
to develop the family project.

They are the true leaders of this company for
the fulfillment and consolidation of this family’s dream.
Today Juan Carlos, not only with his great dedication and drive, but also with
his many years of work, has succeeded in providing the company with his experience
and this has allowed him to pass on a global vision of the production of grapes,
winemaking and trading. Lidia, on the other hand, provides the company’s
project with her intelligence and warmth. Together with Juan Carlos, she puts
into practice the development of the company. In the managing area, she runs
the economy of the winery and the vineyard.
Juan
Andrés Marichal
Graduate in Oenology by the University of Maza, Facultad Don Bosco, Mendoza,
Argentina. He is responsible for wine production, trading and exporting.
Alejandro
Carlos Marichal
Viticulture
and Winemaking Technician graduated in the National School of Viticulture
and Winemaking Tomás Berreta, Canelones, Uruguay. He is responsible
for running the vineyards.
Staff
Marichal accounts for a permanent staff of 21 people who work in the vineyards
and in the winery. However, during harvest this number increases to 50 people.
Undoubtedly, the most significant capital of this company is, undoubtedly, the
people who work for it. “Companies will never be better than the people
that work for them”.
